Pleasure to play an individual deck that I have been designed for months. Of course, you need more time than with Guild Deception (which I keep playing too sometimes). But you can also finish the opponent in 5 - 6 turns.

Also, doubt you can call a deck control if it has 5-mana and lowers cards only:

Moreover, although my deck has many sleep spells, it is not time-consuming to cast 5-mana Exorcise or Elixir of the Panther and pass the move to the opponent. Unlike all those delving and mana-refresh mechanics of other archetypes.

I have played this one with Resurgent Sirens and Sleepwalkers for months. Sometimes, I had two Made Marks, sometimes played without a relic remover, I tried playing without Ludia's Deception and Hypnos Puzzle Box, etc. Until I've found this exact combinantion (above).

Resurgeant Sirens tactics

Let's start (shortly) with the thing every Mill Deception uses:

What to muligan: the best set in general is this:

Set Cobra Scepter and check hand of the opponent with Ludia's Deception for a relic remover but not only that: if no relic remover there, remove a frontline, a creature cost more than 3 mana, a key card, or ruin the first turn of the opponent if he/she has only one 1-2 mana card to play, by shuffling it.

Sleepwalker tactics

If you are playing against aggro and got Sleepwalker in muligan, you can choose the Sleepwalker tactics. If you manage to combine it with Cobra Scepter, it's even better.

Double Sleepwalker attack... Aggro AF. Look at my hand - Resurgent Sirens + Cobra Scepter... Powers enough to win a 40-heath opponent not saying about this, with only 20 left

How to play this: try to collect as many 5-mana control spells as possible:

For that, use card-draw cards or/and god power Flip. Use these:

To remove 3+-mana creatures from the opponent's hand.

Cast Surprise Delivery to slow down the opponent's board domination.

Don't forget about Pocket Fair:

Because the Sleepwalker tactics is based on eight 5-mana card, thus, Pocket Fair is easily manasurged and, after casting 5-mana sleep spells and Sleepwalker itself, you can draw 2 card for 1 mana only, and, thus, you'll get extra chance to continue the 5-mana sleep "avalanche".

Frontlines are a problem. I remove them with Ludia's Deception, Cutthroat Insight, Walk the Plank or a Toast to Peace:

I win some game purely with the Sleepwalker and sleep spells.

Overfilling hand of the opponent

This is the third tactics although you can't win with it alone. You sometimes just have cards in hand for overfilling and you can sometimes use that for your favor. Let's say you can leave the nature opponent without both Food Chain by overfilling + Cutthroat Insight. You can leave the opponent without relic removers this way. Or remove their frontline. If you manasurge 6 Walk the Plank, you can choose sequence of returning cards to the opponent's hand.

Card draw + Walk the Plank means you can return cards to overfilled hand.

Alas, Cobra Scepter doesn't work at the moment when the opponent has overfilled hand so think twice.

Early Resurgent Sirens

Magicians love collecting cards before hitting hard. That's when you can play full-aggro mode.

Don't wait with Resurgent Sirens + Cobra Scepter. If you see a Magician has many cards, make the damage. Look at the screenshot: 5 turns were enough.

This tactics can work against Heal Light too especially because, in that case, you have a chance to return Resurgent Sirens with Walk the Plank or A Toast to Peace next turn.
