Goodbye 2021 ... what a year this has been for blockchain gaming! Gotta admit, haven't really played many games on the blockchain, but amongst them, this year's highlight is Gods Unchained, shortly known as GU. If you`re new to this game, follow the link above and sign up! You don't want to miss out in 2022, trust me!

If you don't know what GU is about, keep reading...otherwise, see you in the next post.

GU is a play and earn trading card game on the Etherium blockchain. Unlike MTG, HS, and other similar TCG's the players have ownership of their cards and they can keep, trade or sell them on the marketplace.

In the past few weeks, I`ve been playing the The Blessing of the Gods Event and have made an average of $50 each week by simply playing the game. More info about the event, in the link above. Hurry up, as the event ends at the end of January 2022 !
Other than that, I've gained various cards from opening cardpacks, received from weekend ranked events and by levelling up.

Can you make a living out of playing GU?

For many of you, looking to make a full-time earning from this game, I can only say that anything is possible...I have not done it myself, but some members of the community have received airdrops in INSANE amounts of $$$.
Moreover, some have made big moneyz from playing the game, others by watching streams, learning and understanding the meta and just by trading cards on the market... some of these cards cost a few cents...but others cost tens of thousands $$$

Psssst! Here`s a snapshot of some "spicy" prices from the marketplace.

How interesting, I have never researched the market like this before, these cards are really expensive. 😮

Interesting indeed, both TokenTrove and Immutable marketplaces have these cards, as far as I know, any other website are frauds, so please avoid trading on other platforms.

The most important part is to keep enjoying and not get to a point where you consider you have to go to work aka playing the game instead of saying I want to play. Because when it becomes like this it might be worst that a real job.

Yes, totally agree! THe thing is, if you play any came in a competitive mode, it's "almost" impossible not to get frustrated...
THe general idea is, from my point of view...if one is spending hours on a daily basis on a certain game, it should be one that give more than just "joy". Thats why GU and other games are considered as PLAY AND EARN....not just play and not just earn.
