Mana Wheel and Mana Crystals for Starters

Hello, today i am going to introduce Mana! It seems easy to manage your mana points at first, but a simple mistake can be the path to defeat!

When a game begins, either you start or the opponent starts, when you start you have one filled mana and 1 mana Crystal, when the opponent starts, you get one filled mana and 3 mana crystals. Each player make its moves and a turn finishes! a "Turn" ends when you play and your opponent play. and remember, you can only use one mana crystal per turn.

When you start, you get one mana and one mana crystal:

When the opponent starts, you get one mana and three mana crystals:

The color of the crystals are merely aesthetics, they are colored according to the god you use.

Mana Wheel

The Mana Wheel starts with one mana and go up to a total of 9 mana, but to reach that sweet 9 mana, a lot of turns must pass. That happens because sometimes you need more than one turn to unlock one mana, as explained below:

In this enhanced image above, we can see small divisions between each mana, it means that in your next turn after you get 5 mana, it will take two more turns for you to get to 6 mana. The same happens for 7 mana. So, seven turns will be needed to have 6 mana and nine turns will get you to 7 mana.

After seven mana, the rules change, and three turns will be needed to get to the next point. to reach 8 mana, twelve turns must have passed.

After eight mana, it changes again, so to reach 9 mana, sixteen turns must have passed.

After that you will always have 9 mana maximum, as shown below:

Using mana Crystals

To use a mana crystal in the 1-5 mana range is simple, you use it an reap the benefits. Be aware that the used crystal that unlocked a mana lock it's not transported to the next turn, it only works in the same turn you use it.
Things start to get complicated when you want to get 6 mana before you reach turn 7. You must have filled the half mana lock, as shown below:

Once you use the mana crystal, you get to six mana and are able to use a equivalent mana card, as shown below:

Be aware! as explained before, using a mana crystal without paying attention to how many mana you have will get you very frustrated!

As shown below, im going to use a mana crystal incorrectly to show what happens:

As you can see, i have used the mana crystal but i should have waited one more turn before doing it. In this case, you just lost the mana crystal and didn't get to 8 mana.

Be always aware and make good use of your mana and crystals! it can definitely change the game for the better! Or at least give a hard time to your opponents! Till next guide!
