Excellent post. Just one note: that 4.7% in the pack pic is not the remaining supply. Currently, the Divine Order supply is uncapped. That % is the discount on packs. It started at like a 20% discount, and decreases linearly until a certain number of packs have been sold. You can keep buying at full price, though.
