Year of the Gods 2: Part 2 and 3

What's up mortals, I'm here with my remaining videos from the Year of the Gods 2. The finals for this game are this Saturday the 19th, 2022, and will be cast live on Sewlie's channel.|

Caligulae was another person I've never played before. I had no idea what their style was going to be like. I probably won't fail at looking up my opponent again, after these recent set of matches, because I have entered a new stage of competitiveness by joining Monkey Syndicate. The coaching and help available to me is a lot more than in [TOXIC], but that's not throwing shade at team TOXIC, I didn't go looking for the help when I was on that team. In [Syn] there is always a discord of people talking strategy over voice, and I feel even more drive to do well on Weekend Ranked and in tournaments.

Here's my third match in the YOTG2 against Gyrtataki.

So, something funny happened in this match. In the first game, my opponent played a Genesis card and I noticed right away. I waited to finish the game but I guess I should have stopped right there. Things turned out ok though, and I DM'd him after the game and he explained that he used a deck from the CUJO Bowl. Check it out for yourself, I paused super hard the turns after he played it. Mistakes happen, I tried not to make a big deal about it, but it was an automatic win for me either way.
