What an amazing Weekend Rank with a 24-win personal record 🤗... but in this video I want to highlight the incredibly frustrating way that I got to lose because of a very weird in-game bug 👾!! Maybe I would have finally got to the 25-win record but now I won't know 😤. Spoiler: I am very upset 😣.
About the bug;
- I had Parthene Proscenium on the board, Hippolyta, Divided and Alexis, Archon's Sword in the hand - cards I had got from Jason;
- As it got to my turn, I was going to use Parthene's ability to "Give your weakest creature +3 strength" which would have set one of my two 1/1 creatures (from Cardshark) to 4/1;
- Then played Hippolyta by picking "blitz, protected, and Amazon" with 4/5;
- Then used the 4/1 buffed creature + Hippolyta to destroy my opponent's Avatar of War at 8/6.
Instead, as I pressed Parthene to trigger its ability, nothing happened! So I tried to call for it ("hello"... "hello ability" 😅) then I try to play Hippolyta but nothing happens and, since I am still at 9-mana, I also try to play Alexis.
As the turn ends with me feeling hopeless, then it shows that Parthene buffed one of the creatures, Hippolyta is on the board but without any of the 2 buffs, and Alexis is gone forever - not in the board or hand, just GONE 😱!
Needless to say, I got really upset and this bug was the nail in the coffin that seal the game and caused the only loss I had in the amazing 24-1 run this weekend 🤕.
It's now the second bug I witness recently (1st one here) which I have shared on the official #bugs GU Discord channel. So I am doing my bit, let's just hope that GU team is too 😕.

It is great that you have video proof of the bug. If you do not they always act like they are unaware of the bug you are speaking of. The health of your enemy bug has been going on for months now. It is an easy fix to make it go away. But when I brought it up to them they acted like it was more on my end to take care of it then them actually fix it in the game.
It's not always easy to replicate bugs as they might only appear in very special circumstances. But now that I am streaming and recording these then GU team should be able replicate and find the root cause.
