Why did you start playing GU?

It is story time!

Nah just kidding lol, this will be a short story! I promise!

So, 4-5 years ago, I stumbled upon a game with the name Hearthstone. Like many of you know, this tiny game from a small indie company ahem was the catalyst to a lot of us GU players right now. Creating decks, throwing cards around on the board, trying to get the enemy to zero health, I don't think I have to continue!

I have played this game so much and have had a lot of fun, mainly playing it alongside a good friend of mine (@meanpatrick). We played so much, we loved it, all was good. But for some reason, the game wasn’t that fun anymore for both of us. Nothing particularly new was going on. Fast-forward some years and it’s 2021, well, November 2021 to be exact. Crypto is hot, but I was lacking a game I was highly interested in.

How curious I was when said friend shared this game and we both dove deeper. Now, we're playing almost every day, for 10-11 days approximately. Having loads of fun (like the good ol days!)

So, to answer my own question: I started playing GU because I recognized the game I liked and was interested in the crypto aspect which I didn't experience yet in games.

Quite similar story here just the dates are off. :D

Been enjoying the game a lot more now again, now I just wish I had some time to play. xD

I know right! Real life stuff also exists, apparently 😂
