I agree with this, my only suggestion is that you may want to do draws starting with the most valuable cards to ensure someone who put the time in doesn't win the least valuable card, first, and lock themselves out of a more valuable reward.
agree with this. More points means higher chance and also more Hive. Spreading the cards amongst the wider community would be nicer for the community I think
Well, after a quick counting, it appears my chances to win anything are higher with this option... There is only 70 (?) cards but my position on the list is a little lower than that.

Unlimited cards per account is the correct move here.somebody spent a lot of time and tryhard to be on top of the list and have to been rewarded .That was the idea from the start, to collect most of the points for the better reward and get more chances to get some valuable cards !!.thanks in advance good luck to evryone..Peace!!

Good point, might start from down to up then, with genesis legendaries.
I vote one card per account as well incorporating @entrepidus idea for drawing the most valuable card first.
