Reviewing Quest For Stoken - An Amazing Adventure Join Me Now!!!

Hello wonderful people of this community, I hope I’m not too late with my entry. I have been kind of busy with my National service but I couldn’t pass on the opportunity to participate in this contest. And encourage other users who haven’t done it can also use this link to access the contest. Special thanks to the developers of this game and also the contest sponsors.

This contest is all about playing a game called Quest for stoken, which is a 2D(two dimensional) game developed Game DAO. and I will be doing a review after playing this game. This may actually be the first time I’m playing a game of this caliber, the games I play are mostly PES, and other Xbox games. So this is going to be fun for me.

The first thing I did was to use my pc and access the game through their website. I waited for sometime before it loaded. This are the first things I saw when it was fully loaded.

After which I was instructed by the game to hit the space bar key on my keyboard. And I did just that.

Before I could play the game, i needed to get the hand of it and learn the controls, after spending a few minutes I learnt some key controls.

1 - Moving Forward - If a user wishes to move forward, you need to use the D key on your keyboard or use the forward arrow key.

2 - Jumping - If a user wants to jump, pressing the space bar key is what’s required. To double jump you need to press it twice.

3 - Moving Backwards - If a user wishes to move backwards , you need to use the A key on your keyboard or use the back arrow key.

4 - To Bend down - If a user wishes to duck or bend down, you need to press the down arrow key.

5 - Shield - To use your shield, you need to press Z

6 - Light bonfires - Press the X key on your keyboard to light the bonfires

7 - Sword - To use your sword, press the shift key

8 - To return to the homepage - Press on the R key to return to the homepage of the game.

After getting to know the controls, I can now play the game;

I stared playing the game by moving the skater forward until I reached a part I was required to jump so I did that with the space bar on my key board. I reached a bonfire and o was instructed to press X to light it. And I did, I was surprised to be rewarded with coins.

So I went round to light more bonfires and get coins. In my navigation through place, I came across a crypto wallet so I opened it and claimed the coins.

Just on top of the crypto wallet I saw a monster so I went straight to kill it with my sword. Fortunately for me, I was successful and killed my first monster. I was rewarded with more coins.

I kept jumping from place to place and suddenly I ended up in a different place. I saw some bonfires so I quickly lit them up to get coins.

I was just about passing when I saw my second monster so I charged at it. Only to be killed. I pressed the space bar key and restarted that same mission again.

In the second attempt, I killed it and claimed the reward. I zoomed forward and saw birds. Which seem to be attacking me so I used my sword to slay them. And move to the next phase of the game.

In this third phase of the game, I again saw the bonfires and I did my usual which is to light them and claim the coins. It would be fun if I could trade the coins for life or something. I came down and saw a horde of birds this was very tricky because they really disturbed me back in the second world.

I tried to kill them but they attacked me together as a group so I kept dying at that stage and found it difficult to proceed again. I find this game very challenging and I’m actually on the look out for people that will successfully complete this game.

What I like about this game

• The first thing I like about this game is that it has very simple controls, the controls of the game isn’t complicated and can easily be used without any difficulty.

• The music is a good idea as it keeps the gamer attentive

• I always love a game that challenges me. And I must say this game does exactly that.

• The change of environment when playing the game is very catchy.

Things that need improvement

---

• For starters I think the key for the activation of the sword needs to change. I died a couple of time because the shift key turned to sticky keys

• I realized there wasn’t a pause option for the game or maybe I didn’t discover the key yet.

• The game took a while before it started to load.

Like I said earlier this game is an amazing game. And surely after this review I hope there are some upgrades that will be done on the game so that I can revisit and play it again. Thank you.
