Yes, the government rep said so during the press briefing, however, so far three death cases happened in Hong Kong are all victim of Sinovac vaccine. Regardless of what vaccine it is, none of those are safe from side effects.

Good news is, cannabis can stop COVID19 as it literally disable SARS-CoV-2 virus!(Source)
