We went to Shegaon with friends and visited the Gajanan Maharaj temple of Shegaon, and took some photos with friends in the temple premises. Shegaon is a town in Buldhana district in the Indian state of Maharashtra. It is a popular pilgrimage site and is known for the Sri Gajanan Maharaj Temple, dedicated to the Hindu saint Sri Gajanan Maharaj. The temple attracts a large number of devotees from all over India, especially during the festivals of Maghi Ganesh Jayanti and Guru Poornima.
Here we were in line since 6 in the morning for pray and it took us 11 o'clock to have pray, there was such a crowd of devotees.
There is a very magnificent sightseeing place known as Anand-Sagar, but it is closed since the corona epidemic crisis.
You will be amazed by the cleanliness and management there. Here food, breakfast, tea are of high quality and all are free. Also the accommodation is only Rs 10/person, not only each person gets a separate bed, but also a separate room for 4-5 persons in the same room with toilet-bathroom facilities. Separate apartments are provided for ladies and gents. Once again I say that the sanitation management is very remarkable.
Thanks for reading till the end 😌😊
