Tasty looking clouds, right? ;>)
I baked a bread like this, four times, in the past week or so.
Getting better and better at it, tweaking the recipe bit by little bit,
while leaving open space for improvisation.

I love bread with oats or some other grated veg in: my best bread ever had grated parsnips in it - lovely and moist with a sweet taste... mmmm - I'm just munching on luxurious biscuits that arrived !surprise! in the post - yippee! Your bread looks wonderful.
Parsnips, now that sounds intriguing :>)
Enjoy your surprise biscuits!
P.S. This bread almost tastes like biscuit.
It's tough on the outside, slightly soft on the inside
and aside from tasty, it's very (ful)filling.
The latter is important for someone like me, who burns calories like crazy,
even when their body is inactive.
Looking forward to co-creating again tomorrow!
Makes me want to eat some crunchy spiced olive bread!!!!
It's easy to make. I'll probably share my recipe soonish ;^)
