This was a wonderful poignant piece, @mmeyenejoseph. As a result of being born into abject poverty and then making a silly childhood mistake, Tunde's life spiraled downhill. He became a pitiful shadow of the man he was once destined to become. I was invested in his plight, and my heart went out to him. His pain and sense of hopelessness were well drawn. You also managed to create a setting with rich depth and atmosphere. I think Tunde will stick with me for sometime.
