Hello @abigail04 can you confirm whether or not you hold Unsplash plus licence rights to use this image which is not royalty-free? If you do not hold these rights, you will need to remove this image and choose a different one as use thereof constitutes copyright infringement.
The image appeared to be free, but I have to remove it now and replace it with another.

The image that you had chosen was an Unsplash Plus image and subject to Unsplash Plus licencing. It states so clearly on the image page and if you click on download it pops up immediately with pricing.
