It's a token to reward people who engage with comments.
Once you have 1001 Engage tokens, you can also distribute them.
Engage tokens can be bought and sold on hive-engine, and you can earn them through commenting.

Cool! I remember reading about engage tokens at some point, but I had forgotten about them. I'm so glad for the reminder, @shanibeer.
@ebingo, the Swipe File is kind of a collection of the things around you, like you know when you see a news headline and you think, "that would make a great story"? That's what it's all about. It's like a folder for the things you want to revisit as potential fodder for your writing. By contrast, notes are ideas that pop into your head that you want to work with later.
