Whew... this took my breath away! Love, loss, pain... throwing care to the wind. No matter how much experience we gather, the risks will always remain - they are only somewhat mitigated. I sense that the ending is not centered on tragedy but rather on surrender and making peace with what is... finding some space and a way to connect... but it is left quite open to interpretation.
