Hello dear hive community, in this new opportunity I bring you a story based on true events. I have changed the names of the characters to maintain the privacy of the family.
In the 80's, 2 beautiful creatures are born. A boy and a girl with very distinguished features, he as beautiful as a sunset and she as beautiful and radiant as the sunrise.It is that the family of both babies are distinguished among the society.
Both children grow up and are educated in the same city, they share the same bloodline, they are cousins and as they grow up they share everything. Both parents were always seeing each other, going out and going on vacation together as a family. By the time they were 17, they were going out and having fun and watching each other's backs. So much was the bond that united them that they did nothing without each other. Everyone who knew them thought they were brothers, and that is how they made themselves known.
Mario and Maria are the names his parents gave him and that he and she liked to proudly express everywhere. Both he and she shared the same interests and tastes such as partying,adventures, painting and psychology.
Spending time between studies, outings to parties and adventures. Mario felt something inside that consumed them, but he was afraid to talk to his cousin Maria for fear that she would reject him. He didn't know what to do, whether to take the risk of talking to his cousin Maria and have her reject him because of that feeling or not to tell anyone and continue with his life, as he was doing so far.
The years passed, Maria and Mario just turned 22 years old, 4 days ago and they are about to graduate as psychologists. They decided to go out to clear their minds at a discotheque to have fun and meet people, when it was 12 o'clock in the morning, Maria and Mario arrived at the discotheque. Maria meets a handsome guy who wins her over with his treatment and Mario meets a beautiful girl who captivates him. At a certain time in the morning, after having several hours of fun, they decide to leave the place to go to a beach where they can continue drinking and have more privacy, Between dancing and drinking, both couples end up having sex.
At sunrise, each of them say goodbye to go to their respective homes, but before leaving, Maria exchanges numbers with her beloved boy in order to keep in touch with him. Days go by and Maria is still in communication with the handsome boy she met that night. One day her beloved boy asks her to be his girlfriend and she accepts without hesitation, on the other hand Mario was concentrating on his studies without being 100%, as there was something that was consuming him inside.
The weekend arrives, Maria, anxious for the night to fall to return to the disco where she met her boyfriend, invites Mario and he does not accept to go, Maria insists with the invitation, but Mario tells her that if she wants it can be for the next weekend, putting as an excuse that she has to study, when the real reason is another.
Days go by and Mario continues with this secret that consumes him inside, Maria on the other hand continues in constant communication with her boyfriend and more in love than ever. The weekend arrives again and Maria goes to her cousin Mario's house, to make an agreement with him to go out at night to the disco, But before nightfall they went out shopping and met some friends, they stayed talking in a coffee shop that was open in the mall they went to, they talked for hours and one of their friends from the university asked Maria if she and Mario were brothers, since they were always together everywhere. Maria and Mario burst out laughing, answering that they were not blood brothers but they did consider themselves brothers and they loved to hang out together everywhere, and that they liked to be thought of as siblings.
They return home to shower and get ready for the night out, Maria was excited because she hadn't seen her boyfriend for a week. When it's time to go to the disco, Maria's father calls her and gives her a gun for protection. They leave for the discotheque and when they arrive they meet Maria's boyfriend and enter without being searched as they were VIP clients of the discotheque. Once inside, they go to the VIP room and order a service, once they have the service, they start drinking and dancing. Mario's boyfriend and Maria reach a moment when they cross looks, Maria realizes that they looked at each other and she thinking that his looks were jealousy, she tells her boyfriend not to worry about Mario that she and he are just two cousins who love each other like siblings and that they were always together, then she approaches Mario, and talks to him, telling him not to worry about her boyfriend because he is a good man and that he loves her too much. Maria then takes Mario out dancing and between dancing and drinking, they see each other again and this time Maria doesn't realize that they saw each other again.
After several hours at the disco, Maria tells her boyfriend and Mario to go to the beach and continue having fun, but around a bonfire, they end up agreeing to what she has said.but around a bonfire, they end up agreeing to what she has said. They go to the bar to cancel the service and leave a tip for the young man who served them.They buy 2 bottles and when they cancel they leave the discotheque and go to Mario's car and then head to the beach.
After 15 minutes of leaving the disco they arrive at their destination. (The beach) When it is 4 o'clock in the morning. After having parked the car well, Mario, Maria and her boyfriend go to the sand and start to build a bonfire, they begin to drink. Maria plays music from her phone, starts dancing with her boyfriend and while they were dancing Mario watched them smiling. After a bottle and a half, Maria falls asleep next to the boys. When they notice that Maria was asleep, they establish a conversation and decide to clarify the looks they had for each other in the disco. By the time it was 5:10 am and without realizing it, they were having sex inside Mario's car, leaving Maria asleep near the fire.
When it was 5:30 am, Maria woke up and seeing that the boys were not near her, she took her bag and took out the gun that her father had given her, so that she could protect herself in case something unexpected happened. She hears a noise coming from the car, she decides to investigate what the noise was, as she gets closer to the car the noise gets louder, she unlocks the gun and loads it, when she finally arrives she can see that her boyfriend and Mario were having sex, Being traumatized and so enraged that she cannot reason and decides to kill them both without crossing words. After having executed these murders, being enraged and traumatized by what happened, she decides to end her life, not being able to bear what happened and leaving a small note to her family.
note: In this story, we can realize that a series of bad decisions, was the trigger of this misfortune that happened to these family, and I hope that events like this does not happen in any other family. My respect to that family that went through a similar situation.

Excellent story. Very interesting the drastic change that occurred throughout this one. Also, how sad that bad decisions lead to these tragedies.

This story is very tragic. In my country there has also been an incident like this, but the killer did not shoot herself, but was caught by the police and went crazy in prison.
Events like these are very unfortunate and even more so when one of those involved is a friend of ours, it is tragic and that is why we have to educate our children very well, have a lot of communication and trust with them.

What a tragic situation. So many people think owning guns will protect them, but all too often, it ends in tragedy. Jealousy and alcohol are a bad mix as well. You have a nice illustration style that enhances your story.

I don't know how to express how I feel about the story, since it is a real life event, it doesn't seem right to give too much of an opinion on it. However, it kept my attention, the ending was a download of important guidelines on actions not to commit, thanks for sharing.
