Reason With Me
Daniel is a guy who came from a rich home. His parents Mr and Mrs Green are working in a reputable company that pays huge amounts of money. He has about three houses in the town he lives in and about two houses in his town. They have been the type who love giving to those around them. They are not the type who reject people but give to the needy.
The company Mr Green is working with later got to know that some important items were missing in their company and suspected Mr Green to be the one who stole the materials. This means he was the prime suspect and all eyes were on him as a chronic thief. Meanwhile, he was innocent and did not have the heart of stealing. Mr Green has been a loyal worker in the company for years and his name has been added to the good list in the company. So, these items stolen have stained the name he has created. He was told to pay for the items missing in the company which happened to be a very huge amount of money.
My green has no choice other than to sell three houses which he used to pay for those missing items while the rest was used to pay for his children's school fees. After the payment, he was sacked from the work and was deprived of his pension. He was not paid his pension and his monthly salary was held. So, this led to his downfall greatly. They are good Christians and do not relent in the aspect of godliness. His pastor and other members of his church as well as his family embarked on fasting and prayers to prove Mr Green free.
Daniel on the other hand has a girlfriend who he loved so much. He never wants to see her stranded. He has even promised her marriage and Daniel's parents as well as israella's parents are aware of their relationship. It has been a thing of honey between them when there was money but suddenly Israela decided to break up with Daniel since money is not coming forth. The way Daniel always gives Israela money is not like that any longer. Since money was not coming forth Israela decided to quit the relationship which left Daniel speechless. He begged Israela to stay though she refused. She went to the extent of pushing Daniel away from her.
When she left another girl started giving Daniel some money to hold himself. Daniel has been somebody that has no money and has held money. It kept on with this for about three years and Mr Green went poor. He has no money and is left with just the house they are leaving as he has sold his fourth house just to settle his children's school fees and also to take care of his family.
One fateful day, the manager of the company he was working for called Mr Green to come to the office for urgent issues. He never wanted to go but he summoned the courage to attend to the calls. When he was there, the manager and other staff were apologizing to him to forgive them and the company management promised to settle him the money he used to pay for those items and also he was promised to be paid his monthly salary he was not paid initially and also his pension was restored. Mr Green was called back to work again. His salary was increased and was also paid some money to compensate him. The real culprit has been arrested and Mr Green has been proven innocent.
So, Daniel's state was restored and Israela was coming back begging as she is not suffering in the hands of the guy she ran to. She was not treated with love and care just like the way Daniel always treats her. The fact remains that Daniel has seen another girl who happened to manage him the way he was when everything was down with him. He met Eniola who has truly tried for him. She always gives him money and buys clothes for him just because of the love she has for Daniel. They have been together and do not want to accept Israela back any longer. This means she dumped him when he was not having and ran back when there was now enough. Daniel told Israela that 'you did not love me, or else you wouldn't have left me just because I was not having. Eniola has been there for me and treated me the way I'm. So, she is the one I'm going to get married to.
What a disappointment!!!. Israela did not reason with Daniel and so was not given a chance.
Israela is what is called a "fair weather friend." These are people who cannot put up with challenging situations, and will end a friendship under any circumstances but the best. Of course, if the circumstances improve again, they come back expecting to be restored in the friendship as if nothing happened.

Most people are just like israela. They only come around when there is enough, but run when you don't have. This is not the best when it comes to relationship.

I like how Isrealla was treated. She got what she deserved. She was a gold digger, when there was no more gold to dig or mine 😂 she left. Why come back? Eniola stuck to Daniel when he had nothing, naturally he is to remain with her cos she has proven beyond doubt that she is real, her love is true.
Awesome storytelling sadly many people are like Israela very selfish and only focusing on what they can get and turn tail and show there true colors when times get tough

Excellent storyline @cool08, and so realistic. I have seen guys fold in though and take the other woman back, but I think in this case since he had to do this for over 3 years with nothing from Israela, then he made the right choice.
