I am sorry this story has not received the attention it deserves. That must sting. Surely, though, you know you have done a fine thing here. It's a great story. While Lucy may have been 'cured' by the man with the clock (oh my, thank you for that), we are left to contemplate time, "a poorly sewn stitch; it mends and unravels without warning."
