I'm sure the pendulum will swing back again.
I can't imagine buildings and building maintenance will not be relatively stone heavy, at least the building phase. I am assuming of course , as I'd imagine raising a building would be mostly stone and some wood for the roof, but hey! pure guess.
I think a contributing factor to falling stone prices was everyone running to one side of the boat when stone prices were so fat in the recent past.
One thing I am certain of is that everything is uncertain, we can only wait and see, the market will set the price and who knows what second and third order drivers will play out as our resource demand ecosystem elaborates.
I'm enjoying the way things are going
