Welcome back splinter fam,
This is the last land tool update of the year and it is a small sweet one after some initial feedback from the community.
Some of this work was already in progress but this update moves the tool one step closer to being actually useful imho.
Without proper card filtering the first release was honestly pretty useless and I knew that going in. That first version was mainly to show the idea and direction and now the real work starts to make it workable.
So lets walk through the new changes.
If you do not want to read the complete post you can directly head over to the site to find the latest released updates.

What is new in this update
The focus of this update is quality of life and usability.
Main changes:
- Filtering for cards is added
- Filtering for deeds is improved
- Change log is redesigned into a task style list

💬 Ideas and feature requests are always welcome. No promises but I will take a look and try my best.
Small changes but they make a big difference when actually using the tool.
Card filtering added
You can now filter the available cards directly.
This updates the available card list dynamically so you only see cards that actually make sense.
As a reminder these cards are already excluded by default:
- Cards that are already on land
- Soulbound cards that are not unbound
- Cards with 0 land base PP like gladiators and CA reward cards

There is also a small but important update here.
Runi cards are no longer considered workers so they will no longer show up in the available card list.
TIP: i like to make a PlayDeck set in splinterlands so you can easily filter those out so you do not see the cards that you want to use in the card game part.
Deed filtering improved
The deed filter has been updated so you can drill down into more specific plots you want to target.
Instead of scrolling endlessly you can now focus on exactly the plots you want to optimize.

This is especially helpful once you manage larger regions or want to work in phases.
@gillianpearce I have not implemented sorting yet, I'm wandering if you still need it after this filtering part. If so where do you want to sort on?
New change log dialog
This is the part I'm personally very happy with.
Based on feedback from @doombot75 the old change log was too technical and not very friendly to read.
So I redesigned it into a more task oriented todo list style.
This applies both inside the tool and when you export the change log.

In the future I might add a more specific export that could be used in a script like workflow to automate actions with another tool.
That is not something I want to incorporate directly into the land tool yet but it is something I am keeping in mind.
Important note
When you pull a card off land and immediately use it on another plot the tool will now warn you about the cooldown period for that card.
This should help avoid confusion and misplanning.

Final thoughts
Well there you have it.
Another small sweet end of year update.
The land tool is still very much in beta so if you run into errors or something does not work as expected let me know and I will take a look at it.
Thanks again for all the feedback this really helps shaping the tool into something actually useful.
