So I want to share with you a lovely day that I had in this beautiful place.
About
I was traveling for some work workshop and all I needed was some fresh air in a nature environment after one week of hard work, meetings, and workshops.
Selected my best shots from that Saturday. Hope you enjoy.
Angle Lake Park - Seattle
Woke up and have my full hotel breakfast, usually i start with black coffee and go to cereal, eggs and finish with all fruits possible. Then one more coffee for the road.
Asked on the front desk where I could go for a walk, and the receptionist told me about the Angle Lake Park.
I liked the idea, peppered myself for walk, grab my camera and go for it.
It was good to get off of the hotel room and take some fresh air. My routine was to practice from hotel to office and back to hotel.
The Angle Lake Park is located at Seattle Southside. The park is at one side of the lakeshore and the other is surrounded by private homes and docks.
The temperature was pleasant and the leaves were falling.
Toke a moment to slow down and enjoy a mindful walk.
I love the form of the 'Canadian flag leave'. Remember that a friend of my asked one leave to use as bookmark when i mentioned that i was going to travel to Seattle.
So I bring couple back home and copy the idea and also used as a bookmark.
Had some time to relax and enjoy the incredible autumn colors.
Took some Pictures, sit down on grass to read some pages of a book that i can't remember the title. I think was some handbook that I purchased on the airport. Nothing remarkable...
Also has some ducks companies at the lakeshore, stay a while just watching them to feed and imagining how they can handle that cold water... 🥶
Must be very cool to live at a house by the lake there. Cinematography scene.
The park is very nice and I want to come back to visit in summer time. Heard that a lot of events occur at this park.
I remember that I meet the man that is in this last picture and as I like to make new friends and also I talk a lot... we start a nice conversation about different subjects.
He told me how that park gets crowded in summertime, with kids running around. Barbecue and picnics.
I was just wondering and imagining how different a place can be at different seasons.
Was so quiet and empty, with few people walking or just passing by that was hard to imagine it all crowded and busy.
He wanted to know more about Brazil and was amazed that we have just one month of winter and the rest of the year is hot. 🥵
After that good talk continues my walk and meditation around the park. Was a very pleasure time that i remember until today with very good memories.
Have you ever gone there?! I would like to see some summer pictures from there.
