Ideal Weekend : In The Land of Porcelain Snow

Thanks to @galenkp for this great topic.

I'm so excited to see this contest post, looking forward to the perfect weekend, but I've been planning a "perfect weekend" for a while now, a weekend where there isn't even a hint of cause for stress.

My plans didn't quite work out the way I wanted them to, but I finally figured out what my perfect weekend could be.

Everyone needs a break to refresh themselves. People work tirelessly and in doing so, completely miss out on the opportunity to savour the beautiful moments that life has to offer.
So we don't have to rush every time, take a break and relax.

One thing, as long as you're with energetic people and people who can spread happy vibes wherever they are, anything is fun.

The perfect weekend in my opinion is to get close to nature, to delight my eyes with a nice view and it has to be snow, reconnecting with nature personally helps me to relax, recharge my batteries for the upcoming period.

As each of us go to work every day, from my experience I can say that working during the week actually squeezes me, because the job I do requires a lot of attention, creativity, precision, and when the week is over I can't wait for the weekend to come so I can go somewhere, and as for me my second love is travelling, it's actually what I do on the weekends to reconnect with frozen nature.

I can do this regardless of the season because in the area where I live we have many areas of relaxation, many areas with forest.

Nothing compares to fresh mountain air and the smell of coffee/tea first thing in the morning.

On top of all that and the quietness around..., and of course nothing compares to a walk through freshly fallen snow in the fir forests, it's really something that can't be explained in words but you have to experience it.

Some tips for a perfect weekend:

  • Live the perfect weekend like there's no tomorrow.
  • Take country walks, regular breaks and a few laughs along the way.
  • Meet new people, dance and sing out loud.
  • Finally, get home safely, try out a new kitchen, and be sure to engage in thoughtful conversation with loved ones for a sense of fulfillment under the starry night.

All of the above are strictly from my point of view the perfect weekend, of course there are plenty of perfect weekends either by the simple fact that you can sleep all day, you can go to the cinema, you can visit a beautiful city, a historical area, an interesting capital, but instead you can spend the perfect weekend with your family, you can spend the perfect weekend even depending on which sign you belong to.

I hope you enjoyed my idea of a perfect weekend, and for that I thank you for stopping by.

The text and photos above are my own.

Like you said, any day can actually be fun depending on the people you surround yourself with. I do love the idea of watching a movie, that's going to the cinema, there's little of nature blessed places close by to visit here, but yeah, the other options could work...

Indeed, everyone sees the perfect weekend in his own way, as I wrote in my blog this is strictly my opinion that I share with you.
Thanks for stopping by.

I also think it's important to surround yourself with positive people and have a positive mindset. Then you can really "let go". The pictures are super beautiful!

You are right when you are surrounded by positive people everything goes well, thank you for your appreciation.

so true!:)

The snow must be wonderful!
I live in California, unfortunately, no snow here, hehehe!
Enjoy work week and weekends!
Take care!

Man, you make winter look almost enjoyable. lol These are outstanding photos. I found the shots of you in red against all the white very compelling. An incredible contrast...

Glad you have the opportunity to rest and play after a long week. That's a great way to destress and to earn a little crypto, to boot!

Cheers!

Thank you very much for your appreciation, and the contrast between red and snow white is really amazing.
