Some regions are learning an expensive lesson with flooding due to upsetting nature.

Ours in one such town where open land is built up with tar roads, parking lots, shopping malls, absolutely nowhere for water to soak into the ground, this creates perfect flood conditions when rains do arrive.

We really need a re-think on how we build, stop building in green zones, keep wetlands, smart farming there is much to be done or suffer the consequences.

There are areas that aren’t well planned here that suffer bad with flooding also
