Sunday Stroll: My Sunday experience.

When in school, I usually take alone walks on Sundays after 4:00pm.This gives me a therapeutic feeling at the end of it. It also helps with my memory. My school is a very big school connected with different routes and junctions so I have a variety of routes to take, each with a different scenery all of which are beautiful. I set off from my hostel after coming back from the mosque with my backpack. As soon as I stepped downstairs, I saw these young children on this tree. They aren't students, just kids who come from town to do menial jobs for students. They were trying to pluck some fruits from this tree. I wanted to scold them to come down from the tree as the fruits aren't yet ripe for consumption, I however decided not to without any reason.

*I don't know the name of the tree and the fruits are just "fruits" here lol".

I proceeded to go to the sport complex to see if there was going to be any training today. I must have gone too early as I met the field as barren as a wasteland.

I am a big fan of basketball and actually play the sport myself...

... but these days I prefer being a spectator

I went to the football field to see if there was any match to watch but none of the teams came. All I saw were a bunch of kids having fun with a ball. It was interesting to watch though, I contemplated joining for a second but decided against it because I was already tired and had plans to study when I get back.

*The football field isn't located in the sports complex. Although we have one there, this one is actually some distance away from my hostel. It's route leads to my hostel. *

So I decided to go back to the hostel as it seemed there wasn't anything interesting to watch. There I met my roommate who also happened to be my argument partner😂. We argue over absolutely stupid things, spending our energy on the process. I wasn't in the mood for that and he also was studying so I didn't want to distract him.

I played spaceshooter for about 20 minutes and couldn't even pass the level. It proved difficult for me.

I then decided to go back to the basketball field, hoping that the players are now present. Alas! They were and were already training when I got there.

The turnout was poor despite that so there wasn't any match. There was only training and after warning go about 30 minutes, I got bored and decided to return back to my hostel.

There goes my Sunday. It's not a very interesting one as you can see but I'd still enjoy the walk nonetheless. Most of the students do not have time for fun again as exams are fast approaching.
