Thank you so much. I appreciate your thoughtfulness. Yes Dave was very kind to nominate me. It was unexpected and kind of him. There are so many deserving individuals on Hive that I've yet to meet who need just a bit of recognition to take off and give them confidence. The key is engagement to find them.
