Weekend Engagement × Human Warmth Always Surprises Me.

in Weekend Experiences16 days ago (edited)

Hello weekend friends, I was reading the topics on this occasion and I couldn't help but get excited with a very nice memory of a day at the beach from the last time I went, in 2015, I remember it because my eldest son celebrated his birthday at the campsite where we were camping, it was the first time that he traveled for vacation and of course his first encounter with the sea, we had been on the coast for 3 weeks, we visited some spas from Bahia Blanca, we went to Monte Hermoso and then to Pehuen-có, which was where we finally celebrated his birthday.

The most beautiful thing of all was that each of the people with whom we were sharing the campsite in those days, mostly artisans, clowns, musicians, etc. They collaborated with the party, each one sharing their specialty to help me put together the celebration, there were shows for the children, we cooked for everyone, there were no fights haha (very important) and my little one was able to celebrate very happy with the friends he had made along the way .

Even that day a little bird had fallen out of a nest, a little black head they call it, a nickname from popular culture, and it was one of the gifts it received, obviously the poor animal did not last long with us given the conditions that he was there but we were able to keep him alive until we left the coast and left him at the house of a family that had a small warehouse and several little birds in their care.

Years have passed since that moment but my son still fondly remembers that celebration and so do I, I never imagined finding so much love and companionship, maybe I am the one who is distrustful, and the world is not such a hostile place after all if almost unknown people were so kind in such a sudden and off-script circumstance, human warmth always surprises me. So for this littles but in time enormous gesture, I believe that no wrong could hurt us more than the negative thoughts that we have, and even in those extreme situations a friendly hand surely appears.

All the photos were taken by me with an old phone, probably Samsung, a long time ago, and rescued from my Google photos, they lost quality over time, which I really regret because the definition of the image was great.

Hope to see you soon and share some more thoughts and memories

Since 2015 you don't go to the beach? Me since 2013 haha.
Beautiful memory you shared. At the end of the day, those are the moments that give meaning to life and make it worthwhile. Glad you got to spend that moment with your kids.

PS: at first seeing the photo without reading anything, I thought it was you as a child 😅.

Greetings 💋

Yep haha I think it's time for us to go the beach again, and you're right, those are the moments who made strangers become closers, thanks a lot for read my post. XOXO🤗🤗
