Medicine has its place but so does healthy living, and a healthy lifestyle is the bedrock of good health! There is some good evidence that we need to look after our gut health first and to ensure that our gut microbiome has the right healthy bacteria, so we need to feed it what the good bacteria like to eat: cruciferous vegetables!
