The weekend is always awaited by everyone, because the weekend is an opportunity to be able to gather with family, and be able to enjoy togetherness either by traveling, traveling, or even just cooking with family at home.
This weekend I decided to surprise my children and my beloved husband by cooking their favorite food, Aceh Mie which is very delicious.
Actually, I've been wanting to cook Aceh noodles for my family for a long time, but because the children are usually busy at school and playing with their friends, even my husband is busy with work, in contrast to weekends like today, our family takes time to gather at home.
I prepared Aceh noodles because they taste very delicious, besides that, to make Aceh noodles it doesn't take a long time, at most 15-20 minutes, even the cost is very little, cheap but lively and delicious.
I will share with you the recipe for Acehnese noodles that I made for my beloved family..
Ingredients :
- Aceh Flour Noodles (See pictured)
- Toge
- Celery leaves
- Mustard leaf
- Soy sauce
- Flavoring
For seasoning, the ingredients needed are:
- Tomato
- Shallot
- Garlic
- Red chili
After all the ingredients and spices are all available, follow the steps below.
Step 1
- Cut the mustard leaves into small pieces using a clean knife, try not to use a rusty knife, before cutting the mustard leaves, wash them thoroughly.
Step 2
- Puree the spices in the form of red chilies, onions, garlic and tomatoes by inserting them into a spice grinder, here we choose a blender as a tool because using this tool can produce fine spices
Step 3
- Put the noodles into a bowl then pour the soy sauce to taste, not too much, depending on your actual taste.
Step 4.
- Cut the celery leaves into small pieces, before cutting, the celery leaves are washed first.
Step 5.
- Put the oil in the pan, wait until the oil is hot, then pour the spices that have been mashed into the pan, keep the stove fire not too big which causes the spices to burn, wait a while, then pour water into it, wait until the water boils, then add salt and seasonings taste enough.
Step 6
- When the water is boiling, add the mustard and celery leaves that have been cut into small pieces, then close the pot tightly so that the mustard leaves cook quickly.
Step 7.
- If the mustard leaves are cooked, then put the noodles into it, stir until blended and wait a while.
after these seven steps are passed correctly then all you have to do is serve the noodles according to your taste, I only add the eggs that I have fried because my children and husband like to eat eggs.
This Aceh noodle is very delicious, our children really like it, they eat very voraciously.
If we really make the family happy, then God will prepare the budget.
