MAKING THE MOST OF MY WEEKENDS IN 2024

The weekdays can be sometimes busy and stressful and we can't wait for the weekend to come. The weekends can be our freedom from those stressful weekdays. It gives us a chance to recharge and do things things at our own pace. This year 2023, I didn't do much apart from a few outings with some friends, deep cleaning at home, and sometimes just sleeping in to let go of the stress of the past week. So, I have made up my mind to make the most out of my 2024 weekends by God's grace to leave my comfort zone by adding some activities to spice it up and they include

LEARNING A NEW SKILL
I planned to learn a new skill this year but I couldn't. There are so many digital skills one can learn online. So I'll spend some of my weekends enhancing my writing skills or learning completely new skills such as digital marketing or video editing.

SELF CARE ROUTINE
I'll make plans on some of my weekends to have self-routines that can help the mind body and soul. This will include eating healthy taking serious cognizance of what I eat and how it will affect my body later on. Trying new skincare routines that keeps the skin healthy, massages, manicures, and pedicures. Meditate to keep my mind sane and explore new fitness exercises to keep me in shape. Like they say health is wealth.

BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS
Human connection is very important and it will still be important in 2024. Sometimes I find it hard to build bonds and relationships so realigning it upon myself in the upcoming year to foster relationships with family, and friends during meet-ups or get-togethers can enrich the weekends and strengthen bonds.

I going to make 2024 weekends count and I hope you do same. A great weekend leads to a productive week.
