Luego de cenar y disfrutar el 24 con mi familia nos fuimos a la cabaña de mi padre que queda en Alejando Korn en Argentina, esta cabaña fue un proyecto familiar que empezamos hace unos años y a día de hoy puedo decir que ya esta completamente construida. La idea era pasar el fin de semana en la cabaña, cocinar y pasar el día en la naturaleza.

After dinner and enjoying the 24th with my family we went to my father's cabin in Alejandro Korn in Argentina, this cabin was a family project that we started a few years ago and today I can say that it is completely built. The idea was to spend the weekend in the cabin, cook and spend the day in nature.

Llegamos en la mañana del sábado luego de 1 hora y 30 minutos de viaje, bajamos las cosas y nos acomodamos. Yo hace mucho tiempo no iba por temas de estudio, siempre estaba complicado de tiempo y no podía acompañar a mis padres, pero llegar y ver la cabaña terminada me dio mucha alegría, me acomode en mi pieza y saque mis cosas. Había ido con la idea de leer unos libros que había comprado hace un tiempo y no pude leer, así que aproveché que no tenía ninguna distracción para leer, son unos libros de H.P Lovecraft con historias de terror, pude leer 4 historias de uno de los libros, algunas de estas historias son difíciles de entender si no les prestas la suficiente atención.

We arrived on Saturday morning after 1 hour and 30 minutes of travel, we unloaded our things and settled in. I hadn't been there for a long time because of my studies, I always had a hard time and I couldn't go with my parents, but arriving and seeing the finished cabin gave me a lot of joy, I settled in my room and took my things out. I had gone with the idea of reading some books that I had bought some time ago and I could not read, so I took advantage that I had no distractions to read, they are books by H.P. Lovecraft with horror stories, I could read 4 stories from one of the books, some of these stories are difficult to understand if you do not pay enough attention to them.

Luego de leer decidí dormir una siesta, no estoy acostumbrado, pero como no tenia otra cosa que hacer me dormí unas horas y al levantarme ayudé a mi padre a regar las plantas del patio de atrás, en el lugar hace mucho calor y cuesta que crezcan las plantas así que es necesario que tengan agua constante.

After reading I decided to take a nap, I'm not used to it, but since I had nothing else to do I slept for a few hours and when I got up I helped my father water the plants in the backyard, the place is very hot and it's hard for the plants to grow so it's necessary that they have constant water.

Más tarde empezamos a preparar el fuego para comer una pequeña parrillada y mientras juntábamos la leña se corto la luz en todo el barrio, así toco preparar todo sin luz lo cual fue un poco complicado pero lo bueno era que mi papá llevo una linterna y eso facilito un poco las cosas. Comimos bastante tarde porque no habíamos hecho las suficientes brazas para cocinar.

Later we started to prepare the fire to eat a small barbecue and while we were gathering the firewood the power went out in the whole neighborhood, so we had to prepare everything without light which was a little complicated but the good thing was that my dad brought a flashlight and that made things a little easier. We ate quite late because we had not made enough fathoms to cook.

Terminamos de comer en familia y al día siguiente seguíamos sin luz, la idea era quedarnos todo el día, pero la falta de luz nos impedía mantener los alimentos refrigerados así que tuvimos que juntar nuestras cosas, prepararnos y volvernos. Fue un lindo día en familia, pero no esperábamos quedarnos sin luz.

We finished eating as a family and the next day we were still without electricity, the idea was to stay all day, but the lack of electricity prevented us from keeping the food refrigerated so we had to gather our things, get ready and go back. It was a nice day with the family, but we did not expect to run out of electricity.
