Yes, all the restrictions have permanently altered people's lives. For four provinces here, one has to apply, receive permission from the government, and then show those documents at the border of each of those provinces. We were only just recently given permission to go outside the city limits here, after months and months of being confined here. I gave up on ever being able to travel outside the country since even inside now is restricted.
