Hi @galenkp, this week I decide for the proposal to celebrate the life and good deeds of people commemorating their birthdays, precisely these commemorations are the ones that make us feel that we are loved and that they care about us, here my entry :

All the topics of this week are excellent, the sound that bothers me the most is the Regueton (I don't like this music at all), and as an unhealthy habit, the consumption of soda is very harmful for everyone, I have two months drinking natural juices, it's cheaper and healthier.

These topics call my attention but I chose the one about birthdays, sometimes it is complicated to choose one.
