Hello friends of the Weekend-Experiences community, I hope you are well today. Today I join a little late to the topic of the week proposed by @galenkp where he invites us to answer several very interesting questions and the one that caught my attention was the one that talks about being able to select three things that I would like to improve if someone asked me and why I chose the ones I tell you below in this post. There are many things that I would like to improve about myself most of all to feel fully happy with my lifestyle and to be able to find that balance where I feel that I always give enough even though sometimes I don't think so. One of the first things I would improve would be confidence in my abilities, I know I have potential to do things that would lead me to be a better version of me but I always feel that I don't trust that I can accomplish things or even sometimes I sabotage myself thinking that those things I would like to do are not made for me. I would like to improve the way I take the situations that are happening in my day to day, I tend to be a little anxious and then this can lead me to make decisions that after thinking about it better I see that I do things that I could have thought and reflected before making any decision and it is something I would like to improve, not to be so impulsive and let things can go as well as my effort and life allows. And I would also like to improve the feeling that I have to be a certain way or if I am not being someone different or that does not fit, I know that there will always be opinions of people who only seek to harm and lower the self-esteem of others to feel a little better with the life they lead and which often do not feel totally happy, to leave behind any opinion and just listen to my intuition that I know that never fails me. I think these are the three most important things that I would like to improve and that I must work to improve little by little but with the goal that I can be better than I am today and recognizing that I am enough no matter how productive or how much I can do for myself and others, we must always remind ourselves that just by existing we are worth a lot as human beings.
