This has sparked interest in me as I’m instantly reminded of that one “unforgettable weekend” I had spent with my friends.
It has been long since we wanted to visit a photo studio. The moment I knew about the photo studio, it was my friends that first came to my mind. As Zoomers, photo taking is one activity that we look forward to. While we can just instantly snap and click using our mobile phone, there is no feeling compared to being photographed by a camera that is of superb quality.
After months of putting off our plans, we finally made it. Our schedules have aligned, and we were able to visit the photo studio.
Yep, that’s us. They’re my childhood friends. Groupie taken while waiting for our time. The studio is located at the heart of Southern Leyte. It is called REI’s Photo Studio.
We booked the Trio Quad A Package, which includes 15 minutes of unlimited self-shoots and 15 minutes of photo selection. The package also includes one backdrop of our choice, free use of props, and provided us with raw and enhanced hard and soft copies of our photos at less than 500 pesos.
Inside the studio, there is a vanity mirror in a corner where customers can freshen up a bit before taking photos. There is also a room for when you want to change outfits.
We had fun while making the most of our time. It’s an activity we love doing since then. We were six as a group before,but the three were equally busy with their prior commitments; hence, it was only the three of us.
Evident in our faces is the childlike excitement as we felt like healing our inner child. We seldom see each other, but the bond and love remain the same when we gather. This low-maintenance friendship is one of the things I’m grateful for. I only have a few friends, but they are gold, and they are people that I can truly count on.
Photo-taking being an enjoyable activity is our outlet. It felt like we traveled back in time when Retrica and Camera360 were a thing.Back when we were in highschool.

wow looks like you guys really went all out here to enjoy the photoshoot. I see like three different outfits or did you guys bring your whole wardrobe 😂.
I also had a photoshoot with my family last year. It's good for the memories even though it can be a bit pricy here for professional one. it seems affordable where you are or maybe I saw wrong.
