It's still time for a change...
Just now I saw @galenkp's proposal and even though I had every intention of sleeping, I felt like pausing and writing about this question:
If someone challenged you to improve three things about yourself, what would they be and why? Use your own photos.
It's really a challenge to change any aspect of our lives when we are so used to live in a certain way or do things in a certain way, that's why I titled it “It's still time to change” because when faced with a question like this the first thing that might jump to our mind is that it is difficult at a certain age to make changes.
I think the first thing I would be invited to challenge is “wake up early without resistance”, every morning I get up between 5am and 5:30am to start with my daily chores and try to get the kids to school early because the start time is at 7am, however it is a torture every morning to get up, I set the alarm to ring at least 4 times and many times I get up around 6am and then everything is a race against time.
Part of this problem comes because I have a lot of nighttime habits and I go to bed very late, so now that I think about it, I don't know if the challenge is really to get up early without effort, or to go to bed at a “reasonable” time, I think this second one would be more difficult for me because at least what I remember from my last 20 years is that I stay very active at night and I rarely go to bed before 12, but it is a necessary task.
The second challenge would definitely be to not commit myself to too many tasks and stop doing so many activities, most of my friends and family complain that I have little time for myself or to share with them because I am involved in so many projects. This has improved compared to how it was about 10 years ago, however, I still haven't achieved that necessary balance between busyness and free time.
The last challenge I think my children would pose me, I am usually very planned in my tasks and have everything carefully organized, at home I try to maintain order and cleanliness, however, it is a task that I find exhausting and sometimes even titanic, therefore, when the children cause messes or do not collaborate with the cleaning tasks I lose patience and I get in a very bad mood, I guess having a little mess does not hurt anyone, but it costs me a little disengage completely ...
Perhaps these are simple things, however, I think that if I managed to overcome this hypothetical challenge in real life, the changes in my quality of life would be enormous and very noticeable, especially at the level of health, so I hope to take it seriously, I will tell you of my progress.
I feel that every day gives us an opportunity to improve any aspect of our lives, no matter how old we are, with the desire and the firm purpose to do so I believe we can generate those changes that lead us somehow to evolve in that aspect we want to improve.
Blessings and good vibes to all. See you soon!

Waking up early without hitting the snooze button feels like an impossible mission most days. Staying up late, whether it's for schoolwork, scrolling on my phone, or just enjoying some quiet time, always throws off my mornings.
juggling too many tasks it’s a habit that even we teens can fall into. School, extracurriculars, and trying to maintain a social life can make us feel like there’s never enough time for ourselves. I’m learning that it’s okay to take a step back sometimes.
