Almost every plan for the day was a hit - Yeah, It's LIT

in Weekend Experiences3 years ago (edited)

I've gotten into the habit of planning my day before it gets started. This is something that I've been doing with pride since my years in the college dorm and I'm now discovering that I'm not only good at it, but I am also passionate about it.

I'm passionate about having everything planned out and I feel an undiluted rush whenever I see that things are going as planned. It makes me feel in control, and I enjoy it. There have been countless moments when things go South and the whole plan for such days turns into a joke, but somehow, I've also managed to live through it.

Whenever my days go in the opposite direction to how I planned them to be, I always find solace in the fact that it's all part of life. Another 24 hours will come sooner than expected and that would be an opportunity to try again. And when I try, one of two things will always happen.

You surely don't want to get an earful about how awful it feels to lose control of how some day works, but I'm happy that today is pretty much coming to an end and it has been exactly how I planned it to be. Except for the fact that I skipped breakfast...Again! Lol.

I better keep that breakfast thing off my daily to-do list. I've had more fails than wins.

So, for tonight, the plan is simple. I've got a Korean drama to watch.

I'm in the 17th episode and I plan to watch 2 episodes before embracing my bed. The name of the series is MOUSE, but I won't recommend it to anyone that has a weak heart. Lol. It's filled with dark scenes and bloodshed. To be blunter, it's all about psychopaths and serial killings and whatnot.

So, as I said, it's a No-no for anyone that is struggling to have a good night sleep. But it's also thrilling, filled with suspense, and the plot twist is SECOND TO NONE.

That's it from me. Today have been a good one and I have to go and fix a quick meal before embracing the fictional world of psychos. 🤨

Thanks For Not Missing Any Full-stop Or Comma

Nice one brother it is very good and important to plan your day before getting into it.
sometimes if you didn't plan or gat the picture on how your day will look like you might get confused and disorganized.

  • So it's very much better you plan, it goes the opposite direction than you didn't plan at all.

Yeah... Just waking up to face the day as it comes can easily throw us into disorganisation and nobody would want that for a start.

Happy Sunday Bro.

I'm glad you have every wrapped up for today except the breakfast part, haha.
It really is tiring when you have the whole day planned and then instead of achieving what you wanted, it ended up going another way. I've had a lot of days like that and frankly it's really frustrating.

Mouse sounds like an enticing name for a movie. I love the movie already, I'm always intrigued by movies that are action packed and bloody, keeps my heart racing fast.

Hope you did enjoy your movie 🍿

Hehehe... It becomes more daunting when your days goes in opposite direction for 3 days in a row. Looking back at those moments, it reminds me of how fulfilling it feels to have a perfect day.

The thrill is second to none

Lol, it'll be really bad to have 3 consecutive bad days, ómo person for just give up and let the rest of the days be how it wants to be. But still salvaging the next day would be strongly thought about.

Yeahh it feels really good to have a well mapped out day

Wow. Am in that shoe too. When I don't complete all I have writing in my to do list, I feel I wasn't 100% fulfilled.

The joy that accompanies finishing ones task is unquantifiable.
For movies, hummm I can't remember the last time I watched series. I love to go for those ones that start and ends immediately.

Hahah... It happens and that's why I always try to draw such plans because whenever I do, it motivates me to try as much as possible to achieve them

Well done ken, I can't remember the last time I watched a series. Motherhood happened

Lol... You are already having a lot of fun with the kiddos.

Leave series for us 😂
