Hello friends of this beautiful community of Hive, I hope you are very well.
My name is Jose and I am new in HIVE, recently I was recommended this community related to weekend themes. I think it's great because I usually share with my family very special moments during the weekend. This weekend, my mom had her birthday, she turned 48 years old on October 30th, I would like to share this moment with you.
Hola amigos, de esta hermosa comunidad de Hive, espero se encuentren muy bien.
Mi nombre es José y soy nuevo en HIVE, hace poco me recomendaron esta comunidad relacionada con temas del fin de semana. Me parece genial porque suelo compartir con mi familia momentos muy especiales durante el fin de semana. Este fin de semana, cumplió años mi mamá, cumplió el 30 de octubre 48 años de edad, me gustaría compartir este momento con ustedes.
I am very happy because, between all the family, we managed to make her birthday a very happy one.
Of course, I woke up very early to be one of the first to wish her a happy birthday, I was also very early helping in the decoration, where the place to take pictures would be.
Estoy muy feliz ya que, entre toda la familia, logramos que pasara un cumpleaños muy feliz.
Por supuesto, me desperté desde muy temprano para ser uno de los primeros en desearle el feliz cumpleaños, también estuve desde muy temprano ayudando en la decoración, en donde sería el lugar para tomarse las fotos.
We were there between my grandmother and me decorating, as we inflated some balloons and placed some curtain ribbons; that took us a few hours, but in the end we managed to finish and the truth is that I really liked the final result of the central arrangement for the photos.
The first to arrive was my grandmother on my dad's side with a very nice gift, as she is very grateful to my mom, because my mom helped her a lot when she was sick with the Covid-19.
Allí estuvimos entre mi abuela y yo decorando, ya que inflamos algunos globos y colocamos algunas cintas de cortinas; eso nos llevo algunas horas, pero al final logramos terminar y la verdad es que me gustó bastante el resultado final del arreglo central para las fotos.
Los invitados empezaron a llegar a eso de las 5 de la tarde, la primera en llegar fue mi abuela por parte de papá con un muy bonito regalo, ya que ella está muy agradecida con mi mamá, porque mi madre la ayudó mucho cuando estuvo enferma con el Covid-19.
After a while some of my mom's friends arrived, we were in the patio and since the afternoon was rainy, we all had to go into the living room of my home, but that didn't stop us from continuing with the celebration, since they did karaoke, we danced, laughed, ate and enjoyed a lot. It was a really nice family celebration.
This has been a very peculiar and strange year for many people, with good and bad moments that we are always left to reflect on, to understand that in these times the most important thing is always to be united as a family. Together we will be able to face any obstacle and adversity that comes our way.
Al rato llegaron algunos amigos y amigas de mi mamá, estábamos en el patio y como la tarde estaba lluviosa, todos tuvimos que entrar a la sala de mi hogar, pero eso no impidió que siguiéramos con la celebración, ya que hicieron karaoke, bailamos, reímos, comimos y disfrutamos bastante. La verdad fue una muy bonita celebración en familia.
Este ha sido un año bastante peculiar y extraño para muchas personas, con malos y buenos momentos que siempre nos quedan para reflexionar, para entender que en estos tiempos lo más importante es siempre estar unidos en familia. Juntos podremos afrontar cualquier obstáculo y adversidad que se atraviese en nuestro camino.
Let's never keep an "I love you" or a hug, let's try to always show that love and affection to the closest people in our lives. This pandemic has made us understand that you never know when you may see a loved one for the last time.
Let's enjoy life a lot, if you fall down get back up and always try again until you can achieve your goals.

Nunca nos quedemos con un “te amo” o un abrazo guardado, tratemos de siempre demostrar ese amor y cariño hacia las personas más allegadas en nuestras vidas. Esta pandemia nos ha hecho entender que nunca se sabe cuando puedes ver a un ser querido por última vez.
Disfrutemos mucho la vida, si te caes vuelve a levantarte y siempre vuelve intentarlo hasta que puedas lograr tus objetivos.
