Hello, hello... ✨️
It's been a while, you guys! A lot of things have changed in my life. As you know, I moved from my native city to Caracas. All this was big change for me since I've never thought on leaving my mom alone due to some health issues.
Bue here I am. I started to work in a high-school two months ago. I'm an English teacher and since the country lacks of teachers, it was easy to get a job. It's important to say that it is my first formal job.
First, I was scared. The principal gave me eight courses and that means that there are like three hundred students I have to teach. Fortunately, I managed all those nerves and now I'm not that naive woman that entered in the educational system two months ago. I'm stronger and more capable. I feel confident enough.
Besides, I'm the only english teacher in that high-school. And suddenlyI became my student's favorite teacher. Even though sometimes I'm a little bit harsh with them but that's because they lack of discipline.
It's kind of weird because I never imagined that I would enjoy teaching. I always thought that it was not my forte. It happens the contrary, and I'm okay with it.
I think my life change for good. And I'm starting to accept these challenges and be comfortable with who I am today.
I know that I still have some things to improve and I want to be better. So, I really hope next year I still be able to do my best.
THANKS FOR READING!
I HOPE I CAN DO THIS REGULARLY.
SEE YOU, FRIENDS!
I'm glad You are confortable with your new job. I know You can be a great teacher.
I'm still recovering from my semester. It was tough. We never stop learning.
