Saving my personal diary from fire. Why!!??? [we-139]

Hello everyone, what's up? It's me, @intishar once again here to participate in the weekend engagement contest organized by @galenkp . So firstly, thanks to him for organizing such kind of contest and allowing me to participate. This time the topics are interesting but I choose one to participate. My selected topic is:-

Weekend on fire
Your house is on fire - You manage to get your family and pets out of the house safely and have time to go back for only one single item. What is it and why? Remember, only one single item, not two, or three; One. Write at least 350 words explaining your choice and why and try to use photos you took yourself.

Fire has no friends and it has no feelings. It's a thing that can destroy everything which came into its range and for that reason, everyone says not to play with fire because it's not a thing to play and it can be harmful also for anyone if something wrong happens.

According to the contest topic, Suppose my house is on fire, and I can pick only one thing (non-living thing) from my house. That can be a smartphone, laptop, watch, etc., etc. What do you think about it? Which one I should pick? can you guess which one I am going to pick?

Ok. ok. ok. Don't need to think too much about it. I am writing about it. I will pick my Personal Diary in such kind of situation. Surprised? or shocked?

You might be thinking that I am a fool because I had the option to pick my smartphone or laptop which is essential also.
Ok then let me explain it. I am telling the reason one by one for choosing my personal diary although I had many options.

I don't write in my diary every day. I write my diary when something special happens to me or when I feel some incident special or when I feel sad. I hardly share such kinds of things on social media. My writing makes the diary special and it is just not a diary for me. You can say that I can write my diary again. But, I don't think I can remember all those incidents written in my diary. Besides our emotions & thoughts change with time. Even if I start to write that diary I won't get the exact emotion when I wrote those writing. So, It's a precious one that stored my moments.

I have an online backup

I know in this digital world we all wanna capture our all moments doesn't matter if it's precious or not, we just wanna keep them on our smartphones and laptop and we mostly do it also and we don't wanna lose it at any cost. I also don't wanna lose it. But I have several backups of my data and I can get those pictures, and videos again online on new smartphones or a new laptop. It's another reason I choose my diary rather than choosing smartphones or laptops.

In this digital world, most of us know about crypto. I also know about it and I am also accumulating crypto for the future as much as I can. For long-term holding, I prefer a decentralized wallet because it's more secure compared to an exchanger. And in a decentralized wallet, it contains seed words to make my asset secure. In that case, I never wanna take a single risk to take backup online. So I write those important seed words in my diary in a special formation that I can only understand. So it makes my dairy most valuable and I don't afford to lose it.

At last, I think nobody wanna face such kind of situation and I hope nobody faces it never in life. I tried to make my article enjoyable and share my opinion at the same time.
