Hello, my lovely Hivers! How are you all doing lately? I hope everything’s doing great with you because I’m doing fine.
This special night was way back in 2022 when I graduated from Grade 10 , and my sister graduated from Grade 12 Senior High School. We were both valedictorians and we didn't expect it to happen we were both so happy. Back then, whenever we celebrated something like a birthday or rewards from our parents for our achievements, our go-to place was always Jollibee.
One of my cousin came along with us, because his mom wanted to treat him at Jollibee because he did well in class. Isn’t that sweet? .
We even took a group photo with Jollibee. We were all wearing masks since COVID-19 was still a big concern at this moment. We looked like siblings in the photo.
This is my cousin he loves Jollibee just as much as we do. He’s the eldest of his siblings, and his mom only brought him along for the reward. She got takeout for his brothers so they could also enjoy the food at home.
My mom also made an order of takeout for my grandmother. Every time we go out, she never forgets to bring something back for Grandma. I admire that about her. She always thinks of others, especially Grandma.
We also took some mirror selfies.
After we finished eating , we were all so full. My dad decided we should go to the pantalan (pier) to take my cousin out for a little stroll and enjoy.
The pier in Bogo City is so calm and relaxing. Just hearing the sound of the waves
I noticed my cousin using her mother's phone, and it made me think about how different things are now when kids using cellphones and not enjoying their childhood life.
We only stayed at the pier for a few hours before going home, but honestly, it was such a special day for me. Even simple celebrations like this—just spending time with family. It reminds me of how lucky I am to have these moments with them.
Jollibee is not just a fast food but also serves as an especial place for family celebrations. I love Jollibee as well!
