Engagement on hive

When I saw this contest, at first I said to myself, this is going to be the greatest opportunity to express my hidden excitement over the importance of engagement on hive.
My engagement on hive has added some important values to my entire life.apart from the fact that it has kept me from been idle, I feel I got a job.
Via reading of people's stories, writing and comments, I have gotten some understanding about certain things in life I never understood. Which means that my engagement on hive has elevated my way of thinking and my attitudes towards the growth and development of my society and the world entirely.
How I did it
My first day on hive as a newbie, was a little boring because I knew nothing much about the hive.
When I began to read the guidelines and following people who were already existing on hive, it cheers me up greatly. Persons like @funshee made me believe that hive is the ultimate forum where I can express my talent to the world as a writer of which I have confirmed that to be true.
My strategies/methods used and the results I had
On arriving on hive, I had already develop plans of becoming successful. After creating my hive account, I then made an introductory post, were I talked about myself and what I was good at.
Suddenly I began to have likes and comments then I felt arrive and I so much believe it was going to work for me.
Through their comments, I inturned replied them and this was how I began to meet new persons on hive. Who have today help me to build my account.
**What I would do if I was to start my account from the skratch
**
First of all, after making my introductory post, I will further concentrate on creating strong relationship with other hivers through reading their posts, liking and also commenting on them as much as I could.
Cos I so much believe that on hive, after knowing you, your aim and what you are good at, then your ability to create beautiful and inspiring posts and how you relate with others on hive, will give you the chance to become famous and once you are famous, you stand the chance to affect peoples lives positively.
My account in 100weeks.
I feel that even less than the 100weeks, my account will pop up with different stories, fact , jokes and many other inspiring writings alot of comments likes and many followers will be found around the account on daily basis.
An advice to myself if am to start over on hive
Majorly, it will be all about becoming serious on hive, not slacking or being lazy but making beautiful and inspiring posts and also devoting my time reading, liking and commenting on other people's posts. And most importantly engaging on weekend contest..because these are some of the most prominent ways of becoming a great hiver.

What I like about the weekend engagement blog.
I really don't dislike anything about the weekend engagement blog.
I like every single thing that is going on, on this blog. First of all, i feel that I have gotten a job because I await every weekend to come so I can participate in the available contest. And do u know what this has done to me??
It has not only kept me busy but has also help me to develop certain new skills of writing that I never had before.
Though I have nver won a contest, but I am working had to becoming one of the best writer ahead.
In this blog, I have made new friends who are caring and faithful such as @funshee who always remind me of any available contest.
Furthermore, I love the way every week contest are been published, the arrangements of the contest are always understanding and easy to go through as the matter of fact the use of English language as the communicating language brings out the beauty of this blog.
I love competition, and on this blog, I have become satisfied on my quest for competition.
Finally, there is no way been on this blog and never become advanced on hive.
