Age they say is the product of the mind. With the mind one can distinguish between abstract and non-abstract characteristics such as remembering sense of smell, color and even mental reasoning efficiency.
The mind is connected to the brain. This simply implies that having a mindset of thirty when I am 100 years of age will be of benefit to my existence in the following ways.
I will be able to think positively
The world today relies heavily on thinking ability in order to meet human needs in the society through technology and other diverse ways.
Not just appearing nice in complexion or appearance but been consciously aware of your decisions and ability to think will guarantee a huge success.
Life they say begins at 30. Young King David in the bible led his people when he was 30 years of age. If I find myself at 100 I will choose to possess the mind of thirty as it will occur to be like a reincarnation again.
Adaptation to Young technology
Living one hundred years with the mind of thirty will enable me adapt to ideas of the younger generation.
I won’t feel different from them because we are connected by same mindset. I will be able to think like them. The brain cells responsible for thinking and reasoning are still functional at that age. This is required when they are stucked in governance issues or decision making process.
I will be able to give advice to people
Experience we all agree is the best teacher but not everyone usually makes it through experience.
This is all a product of mindset but I will be useful the people of my generation in terms of offering advices in order to guide them through life.
If I were to live a hundred years old and have the choice to appear in my 30s in my old body or mind, I will choose the mind because with it, I can explore my world through my ideas as an experienced teacher of life.
