One of my many wishes for G-dog

I don't want to use the word teacher to qualify G-dog but he is a man of great knowledge and understanding who have indirectly taught me a few things about life generally through his articles. I believe I am not the only one who has learned one or two things from him and everything I have read on his blog made it easy for me to make just one wish for him.

Sometimes I think about how he influences our thoughts through a social platform and it is easy to say that the people around him are lucky if they are willing to learn. I believe he understands a lot of things and has so much knowledge to share.

One wish I will make for G-dog is for him to own a company.

Some time ago, I asked in his article why he didn't start his logistics company instead of working in a company and he said, it requires a lot of money to do so. He is a man of great potential with awesome leadership skills that can help improve people's lives than just reapplying that knowledge for himself.

In his current place of work, he definitely has limits, and all that will change when he has his company. It can be really annoying sometimes to work with people who don't have visions like you. You see further than they do and they tend to slow you down if you are not careful.

A man of great potential like G-dog should be in charge because he has a lot to pour into people and he will definitely help a lot of workers reach their potential not just for the growth of his company but for their lives as well.

In a recent post, he mentioned how a client spoke ill of a female worker and he wasn't pleased with it. That tells how much importance he places on not just his relationship with clients but with colleagues and junior workers as well.

I know he adds value to his current place of work because of his efficiency and relationship with customers. The knowledge of how he achieves these things should be passed down to his employee and I can tell how much that will help everyone involved.

I remembered how he smashed his target last year in the company where he works, and instead of relaxing, he still push on. This is one of the many positive habits his employees can emulate from him and I can imagine how productive they will be.

Having a company will mean more money which will help me in exploring the world as he has always wanted to see different parts of the world. After passing on his efficiency to his employee, he will definitely have time to do other things he has always wished for.

I believe his knowledge shouldn't be of use to only him, he can help people realize their vision and purpose in life. He can drive people to bring out the best in them and these things can be done easily only when you are sitting at the top.

As the owner of a company, he can get this done easily. It might be tasking grooming workers to full functionality but G-dog is up to the task because he enjoys taking down challenges.

I am certain that any employee who is calm and willing to learn from him will definitely acquire enough leadership skills to lead someday.

When the time comes, he or she can as well pass on the knowledge and this way, G-dog's legacy about life, work, human relationship, and many other things will continue to live.
