I've had a difficult week, particularly today, and I'm glad it's over with the weekend on the horizon. I hope you folks have had a decent week though, and you have some great things planned for the weekend.
I'm here with some writing suggestions in case you are looking for something to post about over the weekend. I'll wrap up the weekend on Monday with my highlights post so please follow the guidelines below to be eligible. Doing it or not
Your best friend's partner (who you find very attractive) begins to flirt with you then suggests a one-night-stand sexual encounter. Your friend will never find out. Do you do it or not? This has to be your own opinions and thoughts on the matter, not a fictional story. Write 300+ words using images you photographed personally where possible.
Keeping secrets
A friend or family member tells you a secret asking that you tell no one else. However, the secret is damaging and detrimental to another friend or family member. Do you break trust and divulge the secret or not? Explain in 300+ words using images you photographed personally where possible.
Confront, report or ignore
You witness someone at your workplace stealing money from the company you both work for. What do you do? Confront them, report them to the boss or remain silent? Explain your choice and the ramifications that could come from it. Write 300+ words using images you photographed personally where possible.
Honesty or not
You have returned home from a shopping day with shopping bags of clothing you bought. That's when you realise one of the items is not on the receipt and that you've not paid for it. Do you go back and pay for it or do you let it slide? Explain yourself in at least 300 words and use images you have taken personally if you can.
Curation is based on post quality, effort and personality and I prefer to see photos the author has taken personally rather than stock images. Only original content is acceptable - I don't want to see AI content. Please double check your post against the guidelines above for eligibility.

Suddenly having to kidnap someone can make one's week quite tough. I hope it's nothing too detrimental and just life things that get in the way? I must admit, my week too has been tough. Just have to power through 2 more meetings and then I'm free! But such is life. But I digress..
Interesting topics chosen for this week. Just odd you requesting real footage of these scenarios. Let me add pictures of said friends partner and how I will do what I do. I suppose you could add things in an abstract way. What if you have no related photos though. Just asking, for a friend, who's partner I may or may not be attracted too...
I don't like people using stock images so suggest that people use photos they took themselves. I don't care what they are, just that the author took them. It's not a rule though, but I curate with more alacrity on posts with author-taken photos. I'm sure you can magic something up that'll work.
A funeral today and a very long trip to attend, 700km return. So, I'm a bit bushed from that and the week hasn't been kind either. It is what it is, I'll live.

Hello Galen. I am so sorry for the loss you have had. It is not easy to cope with the departure of a loved one. It is admirable that even going through that, you are here as you are every week. I wish with all my heart that the days ahead are of comfort and strength for you and your family.

I really wouldn't want to go through any of these situations, but they are at hand on a daily basis and I have had some similar episodes in my past unfortunately.
I think it's a great idea to talk about it, it can be an appeal to one's conscience and an opportunity to get to know oneself.

I'm so sorry, from the bottom of my heart... I understand what it's like... I have a cousin with cancer and she's in a very bad way. It is sad and hard this time, time helps.

It's a terrible thing...I lost both my parents to it and many others. It never gets easier as you know.
I know, I have almost no family left, only my mother and brother, I have seen many of them leave. It's very hard but you are still alive and it's for a reason, you have to keep going, pay attention to the signs. You will be fine.

As for my weekend, I have a handyman coming over to repair my shed that is starting to fall apart (if it doesn't rain to much). Then Sunday the youngest and I are going to fish for some catfish in a local creek. Look for posts on Weekend Experiences and Outdoors and more from those two deals.
As far as this weeks writings assignments, I might give one a whirl. We will see if time allows.

A funeral today mate, I'm used to them I guess, but they never get easier. I had to travel for this one too, 3.5 hours each way...so I'm kind of beat right now (just got home.) Dinner and the couch is planned, maybe an earlier night.

Loss of loved ones. So many deal with this everyday.
This will not be an easy one. We have many things in life in common bro. Unfortunately this also is one of those things.
Sometimes I wonder why life has to be so hard, or at least complex. I think it does though. Everything that has life on this planet has had to go through difficulty and complexities to live, from the plants and animals to humans. It's the nature of it, and we just need to get through as best we can right?

I'm surprised you didn't have a topic related to mother's day. Seems like all the topics this week are basically choosing the side of being a goody goody or living life on the edge. These are topics in which we are generally not so honest with the answers as we have to be in that situation to know what we are going to do.
Morals, ethics and honesty are things a person can truly call their own some will uphold them and others will compromise them; it's interesting to hear people's perspectives I think.
