What a week...Well, a weekend technically I guess. I had so many great posts to read so thank you to everyone who entered. This concept is about inspiring the community to think a little differently, to take action and post as best they can and I saw a lot of effort and passion with these topics. It was quite inspiring. Such great entries - and so much fun to join in. I"m always so pleased to catch the WE and join in, though often forget - facepalm.
The worst part about having such good quality, and volume, of entries is having to choose some to reward. It's not the easiest thing in the world to do. Still, no matter how hard society tries to indicate everyone can win, it's not the case and so I pick out a few and move on. There's a new round of topics this Friday and I reckon a few really good ones (and a couple I think you will like in particular). I hope you'll join in, but if you cannot then that's ok too.
It's always hard, I find that with The Garden Journal challenge...
Indeed...I contemplated just removing the winning aspect to save myself the hassle but decided to keep it in.
I think I need to learn more about this. My post looks like a waste because of lack of engagement 😂
It's a concept I run each Friday in my community, THE WEEKEND. there will be another set of topics released on Friday this week.
Also, you've made 4 comments in the last 20 days...If you want to build relationships you will need to get out there and comment on other people's posts, after reading them. I mean comment with validity, relevance and substance.

Your post was great, as were many of the others. I get the feeling the quality is on the rise which is awesome...but makes it hard to pick out a few to be winners. (I think you'll like the coming week's topics.)

As always, I think the winners are everyone who takes the time to enter. It puts them on the map for others who many not typically see them.
So true my friend.
Participation takes courage and effort that many of us lack. Anyway, I found pleasure in participating in the challenge and spent quality time reading what others have to say.
With concepts not everyone can win; just like in the real world. The issue with that is that many people think they deserve to win...Some probably do and some do not, of course. But the fact remains, *not everyone can, or will, win. So, the best thing to do is to find enjoyment in the act of being involved and knowing that, through doing so, others will see what you do, a little more of who you are and you put yourself in a position to gain through building better relationships.
I think you understand, so I merely write the above for anyone else who happens along and sees this comment.
It's amazing how you start and end with the same point yet travel far to enrich the context.

Wow, not only did I have a fun time participating but I wake up this morning to see I was amongst the posts of the week.
Thank you so much for this space and the writing ideas you provide @galenkp. It’s fun writing on topics we don’t normally think about…it opens the doors to some inner emotions, expressions and desires we didn’t know were there. I felt free to let it flow out of me.
