Every week I come across so many posts I could add into this list and it's so difficult to narrow it down. I appreciate every entry that follows the guidelines and especially those who interact with me in the community over the weekend and my own posts during the week, few thought they are.
there are so many.. it's very hard to narrow!!! but like you said, it's not a contest. so that takes the pressure off to compete...and just enjoy the writing! hehe
there are so many contests on hive, it's probably hard for people to switch out of competition mode. I'm Normally very competitive hehehe. but not when I write. when I write , it's like another part of my brain takes over and I just go along for the ride... I wrote a story yesterday that came out of nowhere... and I went 500 words past the max word limit before I realized there WAS a max limit 🤣🤣🤣
had to spend the next hour trimming down to make it work... but I guess it did!!! that's a lesson I often forget.. that sometimes I say things with 10 words that I could better say with 5. and oopsies like yesterday force me to practice that skill!!!

I don't have trouble writing...I have a technical post publishing in 48 hours...A gun thing. No one will read it and I'm ok with that.
hmmm is there a gun lovers community??? that seems like it would be a good post for the hunters out there! or military guys!
