Hello friends 👋🏻 Today I want to share with you this event that took place a couple of weekends ago making reference to this day and limiting my post to the impartiality of the facts. My post is dedicated to journalistic photography if it were the case.
The Pride day, was a day that took place in the popular Plaza de Mayo where thousands of people who identify with this community gathered, including homosexuals, trans, heterosexuals who supported the movement and in general a large number of people were present.
Hola amigos 👋🏻 Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes este evento que se realizó hace un par de fines de semana haciendo referencia a este día y limitando mi postura a la imparcialidad de los hechos. Mi post está dedicado a la fotografía periodística si fuera el caso.
El día del Orgullo, fue una jornada que se desarrolló en la popular Plaza de Mayo donde se reunieron miles de personas que se sienten identificadas con esta comunidadad, entre ellos homosexuales, trans, heterosexuales que apoyaban el movimiento y en general una gran cantidad de personas estuvieron presentes.
The day was accompanied by music, banners and voices demanding social and labor rights for homosexuals and transgender people, as well as the separation of church and state.
For that day it was planned a concentration of people in the Plaza de Mayo and then march to the Congress of the Nation, which would be the legislative palace where laws are studied and approved in the country.
El día estuvo acompañado de música, pancartas y voces que exigían derechos para los homosexuales y personas trans en cuanto a lo social y a lo laboral así como también se escuchaba nombrar la separación de la iglesia del estado.
Para ese día se había planificado una concentración de personas en la plaza de mayo y posteriormente marcharian hasta el congreso de la Nación que sería el palacio legislativo dónde se estudian y se aprueban las leyes en el país.
This day as far as I have been able to observe is celebrated on different dates depending on the locality or the country since here it took place in this same month of November but let's go to a little history and let's know the origin of it.
These activities are developed in commemoration of the Stonewall riots in 1969.
Stonewall is a bar frequented by homosexuals and lesbians that for the time of the 50's and 60's were constantly repressed by the police force, they entered the place and the bathrooms to verify who was or was not homosexual to later repress them and take them to jail.
Éste día por lo que he podido observar se celebra en diferentes fechas dependiendo de la localidad o el país ya que acá tuvo lugar en este mismo mes de noviembre pero vayamos a un poco de historia y vamos a conocer el origen de ello.
Éstas actividades se desarrollan en conmemoración a los disturbios de Stonewall para el año 1969.
Stonewall es un bar frecuentado por homosexuales y lesbianas que para la época de los años 50 y 60 eran reprimidos por la fuerza policial constantemente, éstos ingresaban al lugar y a los baños para constatar quien era o no homosexual para posteriormente reprimirlos y llevarlos presos.
At that time, being homosexual in New York City was considered a crime and people who were caught having same-sex relations even in the privacy of their homes could be imprisoned for 2 to 8 years or even life.
It was a day in 1969 where everyone united and demonstrations took place in the bar to demand their rights in the face of state repression and police forces.

Para aquella época el hecho de ser homosexual en la ciudad de New York era considerado un delito y las personas que eras descubiertas manteniendo relaciones con personas del mismo sexo incluso en la privacidad de sus casas podían ir presas por un tiempo de 2 a 8 años o incluso toda la vida.
Fue un día en el año 1969 dónde todos se unieron y se dieron sucesos de manifestaciones en dicho bar para exigir sus derechos frente a la represión del estado y de las fuerzas policiales.

Returning to this movement in Buenos Aires, I must say that the atmosphere was very good, full of good energy and joy, I had never been present at this type of event and the truth was good.
However, there is something different in these activities and it is that beyond the rights for which these people fight, the state is linked in a political way, making propaganda for some sectors and financing these events for other purposes. It can also be observed how political parties of certain sectors are linked to these homosexual liberation movements.
Volviendo a lo que fue este movimiento en Buenos Aires debí decir que el ambiente fue muy bueno, lleno de buenas energías y alegría, nunca había estado presente en este tipo de eventos y la verdad estuvo bien.
Sin embargo hay algo diferente en estás actividades y es que más allá de los derechos por los cuales estas personas luchan se vincula el estado de forma política haciendo propaganda de algunos sectores y financiando estos eventos para otros propósitos. También se pueden observar como partidos políticos de ciertos sectores están vinculados a estos movimientos de liberación homosexual.
Here are some more images of what happened that day in the city, ending at the National Congress where they settled to continue demanding their rights in front of the palace where a separate musical event was organized with artists and musicians of the country where we can see the illumination that was given to the congress in relation to this day.
This was an informative post about the events of that weekend and my experience having attended the same event.
Acá quiero dejarles otras imágenes más de lo que fue ese día en la ciudad finalizando en el congreso de la Nación dónde allí se asentaron para continuar exigiendo sus derechos frente al palacio donde se organizó un evento musical aparte con artistas y músicos del país en dónde podemos observar la iluminación que se le dió al congreso en relación a éste día.
Este fue un post informativo en cuánto al suceso de ese fin de semana y mi experiencia al haber asistido al mismo evento.
