I like the practicality of your advice, and I agree with your 3 tips. All can tie in together in one activity. Whenever I do photo walks, I feel active, burn some calories, and of course, photography is therapeutic, which is a good way to de-stress. 👍

Yes, I don't do much of the super strenuous activities anymore. Although I must say the surfing and Bodyboarding was more than I thought it would be! No more surfing for me (at least for awhile) lol. The medium level is great for the de-stressing and enjoyment without forcing it.
