Hello " The Weekend " Community of Hive my name is Capt. Wild Bill and this is my first post in your community. I'm not as wild as I used to be but sometimes when Island fever starts to kick in, I'll drink a couple beers on the beach to unwind.
After I shut down my computer Friday evening I walked a mile down the beach and went on a " Sarong " buying spree. I don't even wear a shirt anymore. I don't have too but the real reason why is because I'm about to start my 4th month of six pack ab training. I've already lost 20 pounds so there's no need to buy any new cloths until I've down to the weight I want to be. But this past weekend I cut loose.
I couldn't stop buying colorful sarongs. I love them. Then after a couple beers I had fresh Sushi. I love Sushi and Beer.
I'm on a strict diet so I cut out all carbs. I then took a stroll down the beach to unwind and I came across a cool little beach party where the party people dug a pit in the beach to make a table out of the sand. Then they laid a blanket over the sand and were celebrating a friends birthday while drinking Gin.
I was pretty tipsy by this point and ended up giving away my favorite pirate ear ring as a birthday present. Oh well, I needed a new ear ring style anyways. I finished off the night by slowing walking side to side as I made my way down the beach and crashed in my bed at my beach condo. I woke up Saturday morning and started the party all over again. I probably walked 3 miles down the beach and back getting more exercise and drinking more beer but I left my phone on the charger because it was dead. I love to day drink on the beach and party with the people. I never go out at night to party anymore because that's when trouble is most likely going to happen and I'd rather play it safe now that I'm older.

Thank You. Intermittent fasting is so difficult at first but once the body gets used to it, it's all down hill after that. For some weird reason my stomach craves fried chicken all the time. I thought it would be pizza LOL. Have a great week.
